Perfect Convertly provides free, browser-based PDF tools including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing, and securing PDF documents. All processing is performed locally on your device using JavaScript and WebAssembly.

• The Service requires no account registration
• Your files are never uploaded to our servers
• The Service is provided free of charge and may be supported by advertising

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Process documents you do not have the legal right to modify or convert
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the Service's underlying systems
• Use the Service to distribute malicious or unlawful content
